Our Enterprise Email Platform is a robust, unlimited licensed and secure email platform desined for organisations that are tired of paying huge amounts for email platforms from other OEMs for their large staff strenght and who desire an email platform that can easily be integrated into their already existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for easier accessibility and analytics.

Our Enterprise Email Platform is an internet based web application that has features for all users to see the contacts of their colleagues and know their status and can chat them directly or send them emails. Our Enterprise Email Platform also has facilities to see that number of emails sent and received from an individual, a branch, a region and the head office so that the administrators can see where the bulk of emails are emanating from.
Our Enterprise Email Platform also has facilities to update all recieved emails on the receiver out of office status and facilities for email signatures (picture and text) so that users can send emails with their signatures already attached.

Our Enterprise Email Platform is designed to be easily customizable to meet the unique needs of your organisations with facilities to schedule meetings or other events and attach all that are expected to be in attendance so that they will receive emails notifying them of the meeting and they can decide if they will attend or not. If the invited staff cannot attend the meeting or any event, they can indicate so and it will be sent to the event or meeting inviter who will know in advance those that will be in attendance and those that will not be able to attend. Also in the scheduling of meetings and events,, the inviter can also attach documents or files that is supposed to be used for the event or meeting and it will be shared with all the invitees in advance enabling them to prepare in advance for the meeting.

Our Enterprise Email Platform allows the creation of unlimited email accounts and group email accounts so that emails sent to the group accounst are automatically distributed to all email accounst in the group. Also, our Enterprise Email Platform allows users to see snapshots of all their inbox immediatly they login to their accounts and can decide in advance the emails to respond to or ignore. Our Enterprise Email Platform also allows every organisation to make announcements to all users (email accounts) and advertise products or services to all users.

Our Enterprise Email Platform allows all organisations to back up their emails locally into a hard drive or in the cloud so that in the event they want to migrate to another email service provider, they can have access to their legacy email correspondence and upload it to the new email service provider and continue to enjoy their email service with the availability of their historical email correspondence.

Also, our Enterprise Email Platform allows for users to include their personal emails which are used to reset their passwords so that in the event they forget their password, they can reset their password by themselves without recourse to the system administrator.

Our Enterprise Email Platform gives individual analytics to all users in their profile so that every user can see their total sent, received and draft emails. Also, as much as we designed our Enterprise Email Platform to be a self serviced platform, it also has facilities to accomodate users that do not have personal emails to ensure that there are dynamic default passwords for every manual password request to further enhance the security of our Enterprise Email Platform.
